Martin H. Chan, CPA, graduated with a bachelor degree from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania in 1996.  He obtained his CPA license in 1999.  Prior to starting his CPA practice in 2001, he worked at an international CPA firm where he performed tax compliance and auditing services to closely-held companies and publicly traded corporations.
